At apiSanitizer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible retail products.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
